Finding time for yourself is hard with full schedules and long to do lists. This before and after hours time offering for the Light Room allow greater flexibility in scheduling. The early morning Light Room session is the perfect time to recharge, center and motivate you for the day to come. 

Open to a maximum of 7 people. Bring a yoga mat, a book or simply relax as your body and mind absorb the benefits of the light room.
