Join our femme FITRx LIVE pass! This pass gives you access to our special femme FITRx coaching sessions LIVE in studio plus online access for our Spring Training series starting March 1st.

Live classes take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Studio FITRx in Mission BC. We have classes running from 530AM to 630PM to suit a variety of schedule needs. Childminding is also available for our 915am time slot.

Your first 6 weeks you will be introduced to the femme FITRx food guide principles, recipe deck, progressive at home and LIVE workouts on our VIP portal and weekly bonus challenges on our private community group to increase accountability, community connection and RESULTS!

After graduating your first 6 week series, femme FITRx members are eligible to join our monthly VIP membership program to continue their FITRx adventure.
