• Pass purchases once charged are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, membership transfers and extensions.  

• Your membership/pass purchase becomes a binding contract subject to our Purchase Terms & Conditions when your method of payment is charged. NOTE: These terms & conditions are non-negotiable.

• Mat + Shower rentals not included. Reserve all mat & shower rentals directly through the Breathe Fitness app BEFORE attending classes at the studio. $8.00+tax / rental.

As a courtesy to all our guests and to provide the best experience, we ask that you follow our policies and procedures, promoting a safe environment where we can move without the risk of injuries.

Important things to keep in mind:

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts and check in with your instructor.

• The front door is locked 5 minutes before the start of class to ensure we start & finish classes on time.

• Your class booking appointment time and space is reserved just for you and our client courtesy cancellation policy is 8 hours.

• Cancel your reserved spot in class by managing “My Schedule” in the Breathe Fitness app. This applies to both a “Class” and “Waitlist” if you can no longer attend for any reason.

• We totally understand that life happens and plans change, but unfortunately, we’re not able to issue refunds for late cancellations and no shows. Please cancel with more than 8 hours in advance to avoid the $20 fees.
