Group personal training sessions great for those who like to work with others for extra motivation and social interaction. Training twice per week, with a maximum of eight in the class, a mixture of strength, conditioning, and cardio training to give you all-round health and fitness well-being. An array of equipment allows this to be suitable for all levels.
