Tuesdays for Group Fitness Training: 1 hour training; appointments available at 6pm, 7pm (8pm if needed) (4-5 clients in a group)
Saturdays for Open Gym: 1 hour time slot; appointments available at 12:30pm, 1:30pm (2:30pm if needed) (4-5 clients can sign up for each time slot).
Gym supervision will be provided by either Jennifer or another Be Healthy Trainer.
- Clients are encouraged to show up no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled time slot to allow for control over numbers of people in the gym
- Masks must be worn in building at all times, covering both nose and mouth
- Clients are allowed to have a water bottle with them and remove their mask to hydrate
- Clients must wipe down all equipment after each use and allow for enough time to do so at the end of their session so as not to cut into the next client's session time
On Tuesdays, Jennifer leads the group through exercises in a circuit (each person is doing a different exercise for a certain amount of time, then there is a brief rest, then the person moves onto a different station with a different exercise which they perform for a certain amount of time, etc.) If the person is higher level, Jennifer provides a more advanced version of the exercise to perform. If the person is lower level, they are given a more regressed version of the exercise to perform. The point is to challenge each person at their fitness level.
On Saturdays, the clients can do whatever exercise they prefer. They can use the cardio machines, strength machines, perform the workout from the previous Tuesday, or perform whatever workout they prefer.
