Join us for a day of fun, adventure and wellness at Kingswood Park in St. Albert. We will be honoring nature, self care and wellness.

Start your day by receiving a map of wellness events around the park hosted by Above Average Wellness. Stations will include a crystal scavenger hunt (you get to keep the crystals) , wishing tree gift creation, releasing your worries into the river, meditation, forest bathing, gentle all levels yoga class, a nature craft creation, nature mandala and so much more.  Visit each station and collect stamps as you go! At the end of the day your stamp cards will be entered in a draw to win some amazing door prizes!

Event will be rain or shine with adjustments as needed for the weather.

Please bring a lunch, water and snacks. Event is 11 years old and up.

Price is $79 or bring a partner and 2 of you can join for $120.

Event includes all supplies and treasures collected throughout the day!
