Our Integrated Hot Stone Massage Therapy sessions will combine all of the benefits of a Swedish massage with the benefits of thermo therapy.  Smooth hot basalt stones, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat, will be used by your massage therapist as an extension of her hands. A cocoon of nurturing space will be created by your therapist and the stones to allow your mind, body, spirit, and heart space an opportunity to experience deep relaxation. Deep tissue/trigger point techniques can be incorporated into this treatment as well to give specific muscle attention and release of concerned areas.
