Victoria’s initial and ongoing 1:1 assessments form the foundation of your programme. Establishing a clear baseline is essential to understand your current functional breathing and movement needs. Each session begins with a review of this baseline, allowing progress to be measured and the focus of the session to be refined. This structured approach supports measurable improvements over time and ensures that the practices integrate effectively into your professional and personal life.
Through repetition and your daily practice you will gradually increase your awareness of your breathing patterns, alignment, and your range of functional movement, allowing you to increase your interoception (awareness of your mind-body connection).
Victoria's attention to detail will guide you to consciously welcome ease into your mind and body through daily practice, leading to subconciously minimising your risk of injury through movement.
You will co-design a personal practice with Victoria dependent on your needs and lifestyle, and receive tailored resources specific to your identified prioritised needs at the given time, following on from your sessions.
It’s recommended to book a minimum of 4 sessions, ideally 1 week apart, followed by a 5th session as a follow-up around 4 weeks later.
