3-month minimum commitment.
30 day written request for cancellation of membership is required by email (contact@cryowellnessspa.com).
Any unused cryo facial services must be completed within 90 days of cancellation.
Monthly roll over of unused facial services will be limited to 3 services.  
No refunds will be given for unused services.  No exceptions allowed.
