Private Training provides the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed, however, some people may find that Semi-Private Training fits into their budget better and still gives them the attention they need.
Basically, you get everything you see within the Private Training dynamic. You just share it with a friend (or two) or loved one (WHO YOU ARE IN QUARANTINE WITH)... and this can have added benefits as well.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY TOO!
Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own. Exercising with a buddy or small group can be an accountability system, as well as a great supportive relationship.
It's fun either way with us at Body Architects because we love seeing you smile! Personal Training or Semi-Private, however, the right exercise program done with friends or a significant other can definitely be a healthy good time!
