Fletcher took the time to get to know me and allowed me to have input in the session. She took interest in my restrictions and worked around limitations. Great experience" -M.H
“Fletcher’s yoga instruction has been valuable and integral to my well being. . I have had 17 surgeries in the last 7 years Fletcher developed routines and simple techniques for me that reduced anxiety; I had no anesthesia for the cataract removal! I slept comfortably before and after both surgeries. I took pain medication following, but only for a couple of days. The bruising, swelling, and recovery times were minimal. My doctors were surprised and pleased with the results and so am I! I am very thankful for Fletcher’s knowledge and training, and her willingness to share her skills with me. She continues to help me be pain-free from RA, and enjoy each day to the fullest. I will be forever grateful to her. Namaste”- Jan Kohler
