25 Minute Posture Check to look for imbalances of muscles to establish proper posture. All clients are recommended to start with the Posture Assessment to allow the instructor to customize your sessions or your classes. If you are dealing with Chronic Pain or Injury it is recommended you start with the Rehabilitation Assessment. It is a good idea to have an assessment every 3 to 4 months as your body and needs can change.
