Get one-on-one “Classical Pilates” lesson with one of our teachers. Safe for people of all ages, with any injuries or conditions. Our Pilates teachers are highly trained in injuries and how to safely and effectively get you in shape without irritating underlying issues. This includes the Cadillac, Reformer, chair, ladder barrel, and pedi-pull. If you don't know what these are, don't worry! We will teach you all of it, no experience necessary! This package is valid for one month. We recommend coming twice a week for best results. But, we do respect your wallet and won't push you with a sales pitch! This package expires in 1 month.
