To begin personal training at Grassroots Fitness Project, all new clients start with our comprehensive Private Training Assessment. This ensures we understand your body, goals, and movement patterns so we can design a fully personalized training program.
Your assessment includes:
• 60-minute in-person intake
A detailed evaluation covering:
– Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
– Posture and balance checks
– Mobility and stability analysis
– Review of medical history, past injuries, lifestyle, and goals
• InBody Body Composition Scan
Provides a baseline of muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat level, metabolic rate, and segmental lean analysis.
• 30-minute Zoom results review
Scheduled separately with one of our owners. Together, you’ll walk through your findings, receive clear recommendations, and get a personalized training plan tailored to your needs.
This assessment is required before beginning 1:1 private training so we can ensure you train safely, effectively, and with a program built uniquely for you.
