One hour Personal and/or Professional Life Coaching session with Anjli who will help you set goals or make a change in your life.  During your session expect to create action plans to achieve those goals or life changes. Anjli will help you to get out of your head and start taking action in the areas of your life that you wish to change.
Anjli will guide you through the process by asking questions that help you evaluate and decide which steps to take in order to reach your goal or make an important change. She will play the important role of motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Anjli's role is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. As a Life Coach Anjli is more than just a counselor or consultant, she will step you through the achievement process from the beginning to the end, from the planning stage all the way through the execution stages helping you to achieve your full potential.

Anjli is also a licensed NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner to help you overcome self-limiting beliefs, phobias and/or addictions which are obstacles to getting you to your desired outcome.  These techniques will be used as and when required.

An additional 15 minutes may be required for your first visit for consultation purposes to see if this is the right fit for you.  One session will not be enough if you wish to receive the full benefits of the Life Coaching experience to have that motivator and accountability partner.
