We understand that everyone’s goals are unique, and that every BODY is unique which is why we take the time to get to know you and your personal wellness goals during our initial assessment. We will then create a program tailored to you that focuses on your continuous improvement and goal achievement. Our customized programs are designed to meet you where you are at and then to help you level up as you reach for your goals, meet them, AND set new ones.
Trainings are led by our personal trainer who holds a degree, certifications and real world experience (10+ years) in the comfort of our home-based studio. A mom herself, with her little one sometimes in tow, our trainer understands that it can be difficult for parents to find time to take care of their own fitness while looking after their wee one(s) and therefore works to create an inviting experience for parents who may also have their little ones in tow.
