Description

Everything in the universe is constantly vibrating – including the human body. We each have a personal pitch – a fundamental frequency that is uniquely our own. The soothing sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls are an ancient practice that engages the parasympathetic nervous system to help tone and return the body’s energy centers back into a harmonious state, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.  The vibrations resonate deep within the body to project the correct healing frequency at the cellular level. Sherri feels that music speaks the universal language of the soul and is dedicated to helping you find the harmony within. She weaves breathwork and guided visualization into her singing bowl offerings to provide a soothing, unique meditative experience.
 
Sherri studied Himalayan Singing Bowls with Julia Abramova at Jyoti Healing Arts and completed her advanced training with Suren Schreta at the Atma Buti Vibrational School in Boulder, CO, in November 2018.
