This camp (for students entering grades 6-12) will be all about creating freely, intuitive mark making without worry of creating “perfect pieces”. This practice is a zero judgement one and leads to confidence in creating the final compilation at the end of the week.   Our main focus each week will be learning new techniques with several exciting mediums through process and letting go of personal judgement for the final product.  Campers can continue week to week (if space allows)

and can expect to be challenged with every NEW project.

Each week will include exciting projects in  Clay | Drawing | Painting | Printmaking | Mixed Medium

Monday: Clay--Each week we will teach new techniques in handbuilding with clay.  

Tuesday: Drawing --Many fun and helpful exercises to relax, excite and educate 

Wednesday: Painting-- finding your flow with paint...acrylics and watercolors

Thursday: Printmaking-- Endless, freeing fun with this versatile and exciting medium

Friday: Take your favorite bits from each of your days works and make them into a mixed media piece!
