Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced with Pilates, Lynnette will guide you through a full-body workout designed to improve posture, balance, and alignment. The first class in the series introduces specific movement principles to help you move safely and efficiently, maximizing the benefits of each exercise. Engaging targeted muscles—especially the deep layers of the abdominals—is essential for enhancing effectiveness and reducing the risk of lower back pain and injury. The following three sessions build on these foundational principles, progressing at a more dynamic pace.
Lynnette has over 30+ years teaching pilates. With her background in occupational therapy she leads with essentials of safety, yet challenging any body type to move to its highest performance while feeling secure and strong.
Oh, and she's all about having fun, while encouraging maximum effort!
