Join Lucy to unfold the body from long periods of sitting, hours at a desk can take a toll on your posture, leaving you with tight hips, rounded shoulders, and a stiff back.
This focused Pilates workshop is designed to counteract the effects of prolonged sitting and help you realign, strengthen, and restore your posture.
Through a series of targeted exercises, we’ll activate deep core muscles, open up the chest and hips, and strengthen the upper back to support better alignment.
You’ll learn practical movement techniques and stretches you can integrate into your daily routine to stay mobile and pain-free at work.
Perfect for: Office workers, or anyone spending too much time seated. No Pilates experience required.
