In this workshop, you will work to refine your True North Alignment — the basis of all the poses practiced in Power Yoga. True North is a neutral and natural alignment that can be applied to every pose to create strength and a feeling of wholeness.

Through the integration of True North Alignment, you will begin to experience smoother transitions between your poses. Get ready to flow with more ease through your chaturanga, up dog, and down dog.

You will also explore modifications in order to expand your overall knowledge of the poses.
