Our Senior Dragon Youth Kickboxing Program is a 10 week introduction to the sport of kickboxing for girls aged 10-17

Classes include:

- Warm-ups

- Strength Training

- Martial Arts Tenents

- Striking Drills

- Bag Work

- Games

All new paricipants will receive gloves, uniform and draw string bag.

Participants will also have access to the Senior Dragons classes scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Please ensure your child is wearing the full uniform and bring wraps, gloves and mouth guard to every class.
