Description: In this 3-hour intensive, Kheanna will break down some of her signature spin tricks and combos that will improve your strength, power & flexibility. You will learn stunning entries, trending transitions and jaw-dropping shapes. 

Pre-requisite(s): strong invert, outside leg hang and butterfly

Needed: must wear shorts or sticky leggings. Heels optional (not heels-centric).
