Join Pamela Yula for a gentle yoga session, paired with HeartMath meditations, designed to cultivate inner peace and emotional balance. Through reflective journal prompts, you will explore your heart, inner-wisdom, deepen your awareness, and leave with a sense of inner peace.

Donation event payable in cash at the studio. All proceeds will be donated to the Somerset County Regional Animal Shelter.

• We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse)
• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willie McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
