Cultivating an arm balance practice should be looked at as an opportunity to play around and have some fun. Think of a child learning to balance on their feet. First, the child must build the appropriate strength, and as the child progresses, falling can happen often, only to get right back up to try again and again. One day there is standing, and this is the same with learning to balance on your hands. In this workshop, we will not only practice a variety of arm balances, but we will learn which postures serve to create the flexibility and strength needed to achieve them. Our padded floors help to lessen fears of falling, so just show up with a playful attitude for this fun and interactive experience open to all!
