This introductory class covers the foundations of hammock (or sling)  in a fun and progressional manner.  Students will learn basic mounts and skills in a flow- style class.  At the end of each day, students will work to put their learned skills into a flowing routine.  This class is a wonderful supplement to silks classes, or great as a stand-alone.  Expect to work hard and learn a lot!  Please wear a leatard and leggings to avoid painful fabric burns, and bring a water bottle!
