This teen silks class offers a fun and challenging introduction to aerial hammock and silks.  The first 2 weeks will focus primarily on building strength and skill in the hammock, and the next 2 weeks will focus primarily on learning skills with open silks.  Come prepared to work hard with a form fitting tank or leotard, leggings, and a water bottle.
