This one hour class is designed to capture the beauty and simplicity in aerial hammock, or “sling.”  This class will focus on building chorepgraphy elements, and using the floor as a prop for play and spin with the apparatus.  The first portion of class will be a dance style warm up with across the floor elements, with the 2nd half of class learning new skills and sr\equences on the hammock and floor.

We recommend students have at least  the following prereqs:  

Have attended an aerial class with Inspired Aerial Arts

OR

Have taken regular dance classes

Please bring a water bottle.  We recommend a leotard with leggings.
