This Class is a 4 week session dedicated towards giving you all time to work on and deveop your aerial acts!  We will be limiting this class to 5 participants in order to allow aerialists time at the end of clss to run through and receive feedback on progress made!

This class will atart with a full class warm up for both body and brain, and then  allow individuals time to practice independently (with any desired feedback or help from an instructor), class with finish with time at theend to run sections of our routines to music (or without).
