Cumbia is a mid-tempo social dance that is immensely popular across Latin America. Defined by the catch and release of the couples hands, slightly shuffled steps, and the sway of hips accompanied by turns and spins.

This combination makes for a dance that is sensual, flavourful, and yet relaxed. It is technically simple and fun to dance, which allows you to focus on enjoying your company and the music, without having to worry about executing complicated steps.
