This 3 part series is designed to break down the basics, and get you a little more comfortable on your mat. Feeling nervous about walking into a studio? No worries, we leave intimidation at the door, making sure you feel welcome, and taken care of. 

We provide mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters. All you need to do is bring yourself. We will walk through some terminology, and move through the different types of yoga, so that you know what to sign up for!
