Join us for the 2026 Intentions Workshop- an evening of relaxation and creativity! This event includes gentle yoga to center your mind and body, followed by guided vision board creation to visualize your aspirations for 2026. We will then end our time together with a soothing meditation enhanced by Reiki. Food & Beverages are included!
