Monthy Sacred Sound Meditation

This Special Class happens every 1st Sunday monthly!

Sound+Vibration are a powerful healing modality, when combined with active listening.

Our Guided Sound Meditations are facilitated by THE FOUNDERS OF SEA ME RISE, KRISTEN & NANCY OCASIO!

Kristen + Nancy are intuitive Sound+Vibrational Meditation facilitators. Over the past couple of years they have come together with their background in sound and energetic healing to co-create a deeply healing sound meditation journey for ALL to experience, and be moved by. They both have been personally, and positively touched by the healing modality of sound, and vibration, so much so they wish to share the blessing as well.

During these SACRED SOUND MEDITATION sessions they will facilitate a very healing experience via yogic breath-work, voice, and a variety of healing vibrational instruments, using their sounds, vibrations, and healing frequencies that are attuned to specific megahertz for deep subtle body healing. When each of these healing vibrations that wash over the body, and at times our own healing voices, in combination with one another, WE co-create together a “sound space!” A sound space for deeper awareness, unity with our self and others, a sacred vibrational space for building a Healing Community for us All to Raise Our Vibration Together!

Arrive 15 - 30 mins early for ease into your sacred space, class will begin on time, and the door will be locked in between classes. Please wear comfy layered clothes, and anything that gives you the ability to be still and receive ie: an eye mask.
