Join Essential Yoga Studio for our January Community Builder - an afternoon of board games, puzzles, and crafts AND a potluck - from 130-4p on Sunday, January 18! This is a come-and-go event and all ages are welcome!

Several board games and puzzles will be available along with a snowflake making activity. Feel free to bring your own board game to share or your current craft to work on during our time together.

Sensory experience expectations: this event will include soft music and conversation; lighting will be bright and natural; no candles or incense will be burned during the event.

Our studio is home to independently hosted classes, workshops, and events led by facilitators who rent our space or who are independent contractors operating their own businesses. These facilitators operate independently and set their own event experiences, including, at times, (but not limited to) the use of candles, incense, essential oils, food offerings, music, and props.

As such, we may not require third-party facilitators to modify their offerings to meet individual accommodation requests, particularly when requests are made on short notice.

Important notes in support of your informed participation:
