As we stand just one week away from the Winter Solstice—the deep pause of the year—we enter a potent window of preparation. This is a time to shift into a more inward, hibernation-like state, to gently tie up the loose threads left from the Fall Equinox, and to move forward in an aligned and intentional way before the season turns. When we attune to these natural rhythms, the vibrations we work with become gateways to clarity, insight, and inner wisdom—guiding us into the next phase with grace.

We’ll begin with a 15-minute exploration of this transitional moment—preparing for the Winter Solstice while honoring the closing energies of the Fall Equinox. Through reflection, guided journaling, vibrational sound, and the amplifying field of the Scalar Room, you’ll be supported in aligning your energy and accelerating manifestation.

You’ll then be immersed in a 60-minute healing soundscape featuring quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, crystal triangle, Native American flute and drum, handpan, rain stick, and chimes—an orchestration of frequencies that harmonize body, mind, and spirit. This multidimensional experience offers a sacred space to release, recalibrate, and step into the new season with clarity, balance, and radiant intention.
