Welcome to the Vino & Vinyasa Day Retreat!

Join us on Friday July 4, 2025 at 9:00 AM for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation with Skandiflow Health & Wellness where we will visit Three Dog Winery in Picton.

This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind with soothing yoga, a wine tasting and tour experience. Let go of your worries and treat yourself to a day of self-care and indulgence.
