Ancestral Lineage Healing is a type of spiritual repair work that addresses deep attachment and cultural wounds through contact and meditative time with your ancestral lineages. Your ancestors want you to live out your destiny. They are going to bless all of your creations— children or creative projects or contributions to the world. Your legacy. This is true of all of your living family members as well.

So much interference can be addressed at this level. The dead have a lot of impact on the living. Using an ancestral lens when we’re struggling can help us to recognize previously unconscious burdens. It can create space for, and facilitate, transformation of those influences. This can be anything from insomnia, anxiety, depression, addiction, attachment wounding, poor boundaries, even physical aliments.

This work is container for having emotionally corrective experiences (a different kind of attachment) that may not be possible with other living humans.

-Cross-cultural assumptions about ancestor reverence and ritual

-Five stages of the lineage repair work and overall intent of Ancestral Lineage Healing

-Q & A time 

We’ll also do an embodied guided practice so you can experience what we’re talking about.

Facilitator Bio: 

Ashley Waverley stewards others in remembering their innate wisdom and reawakening their connection to intuition and ritual. She supports individuals in building relationships with the seen and unseen. Her work centers survivors of sexual abuse, walking alongside them through the stabilization, healing, and integration of these experiences. Ashley is a grief guide, Ancestral Lineage Healing practitioner, Akashic Records facilitator, and writer whose practice lives at the intersection of life and death, spirit and body.
