Experience a Reiki meditation with sound healing to settle your mind and soothe your system. In this workshop, participants will be guided through a Reiki journey or experience facilitated directly by Holy Fire III Reiki energy. This powerful energy provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. From a comfortable and supported position, participants will be encouraged to rest deeply and come home to themselves. Throughout the Reiki-infused meditation, crystal singing bowls, rattles, chimes, gongs, and tuning forks will be used to enhance the processes of relaxation, release, and balancing.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided. Please bring anything else that you need to sit or lay comfortably for an hour.
