In this introductory course, Beverly will discuss the building blocks of Ayurveda including Sankhya Philosophy (creation philosophy), the doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), and how the elements appear in our mind and bodies. Learn how this ancient science aids in supporting our holistic health so that we may flourish in our everyday lives.
