Come celebrate the shortest day of the year with a sun salutation extravaganza!!!   We will be doing 108 sun salutations to celebrate the winter solstice.  Calm down, not all 108 at once.  We will do the 108 in 9 sessions of 12 sun salutations in each session, which will take about 2 hours.  We will take breaks in between sessions and will have some variety with each set of sun salutations.  Light refreshments will be available during the breaks.  We will discuss the meaning of the 108 and other related topics during the breaks.
