THIS CLASS ON October 17th IS FOR EVERYONE! JOIN SOLO OR BRING A FRIEND/PARTNER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP TO JOIN THIS CLASS. 

PLEASE REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY so that we will have an accurate count and can set up the class accordingly.

Partners for the class will be chosen at random and will rotate accordingly if need be.

In this introduction to Thai Yoga Massage, Carmen guides you through gentle partner stretching, compression and massage techniques to give partnerships a sense of connection, sensuality, and compassion.

This ancient massage practice balances the body's energy. It combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and massage. It involves guidance through assisted stretches and yoga-like movements while incorporating acupressure along the body's energy lines.

Learn how to nurture any relationship through touch and mindfulness. Gain skills of strength and flexibility, as well and gentle approaches to calming your partner's body, mind and spirit. You'll find moments of joy (Sanuk), self-discovery and deep rest (Sabai Dee) throughout the lesson.

Light refreshments will be served in our comfortable Bee Motion Studio, provided by Crayelle Cellars. Participants will receive a coupon for 15% a bottle of wine from Crayelle.

Participants are asked to bring their own pillows (1 per person) and pillow cases. Blankets and Thai Yoga Mats are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that provides modesty and flexibility for this practice.
