Step into the season of winter and the fresh canvas of 2026 with presence and gratitude. 

This special end of year class led by Lena will include:
-Warming full body yoga practice that will culminate with relaxing yin to welcome the winter vibes
-Guided journaling and contemplation to thank and honour 2025 and its gifts and challenges
-Meditation to welcome spaciousness for the new creative cycle.

Wear comfortable clothes and please set up your personal schedule so that for these 2 precious self care hours so that you can be fully present and at ease.
Please bring:
-a yoga mat and meditation cushion (lots available to borrow at studio)
-a journal and pen
