This 5-week power yoga program is designed for all levels of yoga experience, from first-timers to seasoned veterans. If you are looking to advance and grow your golf game then this is the program for you. In this 5-week course, you will work on increasing your mobility through various joints like your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and your spine. In addition to mobility, you will develop stability and strength as we connect traditional yoga poses with the functional movements that are essential to swinging a golf club. What this program will NOT be is stretching! It will be powerful yoga practice with long holds in poses mixed with dynamic fluid movements and smooth vinyasa flow, all within our heated studio.
