We’ll enjoy a slow and meditative flow followed by an extended
exploration of breath work, or pranayama. Our flow will focus on
intentional, conscious movement, encouraging you to inform each
movement, transition, and shape with guidance from the ultimate
Teacher: your breath.
When we slow down and pay attention, we see that our breath carries within it vast amounts of data about our current physiological, emotional, and physical state. Through practice we can become expert collectors and interpreters of this data, so that we understand how the breath weaves into the other systems of the body and mind, including our autonomic nervous system, stress levels, mood, and more.
By tuning into the breath, we automatically anchor ourselves into the present moment. Give yourself this opportunity to slow down and engage with the mystery of life.
