When you sing, you use your body as an instrument. In this workshop you will get tools to help your body be more relaxed, more efficient, and more aligned for singing! Space is limited, so please register ahead of time.

Please bring a yoga mat and a towel and blanket. 

Meet your Instructor:
Yvette Turner is a Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Business Management. She has also worked as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer.
