Description
Erica McQown, a loving mom and fellow student to the AYP community, has been studying the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda yoga + philosophy for 5 years. In this workshop, she will go over the history of ayurveda, its relationship to yoga, and some key concepts in understanding its philosphy.

4 paths of yoga / 8 Limbs of Yoga (*importance of Yamas and Niyamas)
