Immerse yourself in a day long retreat, allowing your yoga and
meditation practices to deepen in a serene, urban setting.
Participants can expect to engage in 2 yoga classes, sitting and
walking meditations, yoga nidra, and talks/discussions. There will
be a lunch break and tea breaks throughout the day. This experience
is designed to leave participants feeling refreshed, renewed and
inspired to continue their practices with joy and enthusiasm.
The retreat is facilitated by EPY teachers Danni Frans and Yogeshwar Prado.
