This informal group is your chance to get together with other mothers and honor this special time. Each week, we’ll cover a new topic and you’ll have the chance to share and get your questions answered around newborn care issues. Build your tribe, vent your frustrations, and celebrate the joys in a supportive and resource-filled space.

Group is led by Marraige and Family Therapist Jordie Smith, M.S., LLMFT. Group is limited to 6 mamas, advanced registration is required.
