Yoga philosophy is rich with discussions about identifying and embracing your personal dharma — your true life’s work. This 10-hour workshop will include information from the Bhagavad Gita, describing the concept of dharma and the 4 Basic Aims of Life (Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksa). There will also be activities for you to design a personal vision, identifying your strengths, defining personal boundaries, and determining methods for cultivating your best self. This workshop will include lecture and guided practice (including asana, pranayama, and meditation). Your will leave this workshop with tools to help you identify your personal path. 10 Yoga Alliance CEUs will be available for participation in both days of training.
