Join Cass Lievsay for a 6 week yoga immersion exploring the most common yoga poses (asanas) found in our All Levels Yoga Flow classes. Each week you'll build on the flow—beginning at the foundation and building up to a complete flow series/practice.
This is a wonderful option for those new to yoga as well as any experienced practitioner looking to deepen their understanding of pose alignment, sanskrit name and significance/benefit for the body and mind.
2 Session Dates:
- Saturday | Sept 19th, 26th, Oct 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th | 8:30 AM - 10 AM
- Wednesday | Sep 23rd, 30th, Oct 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th | 10 AM - 11:30 AM

Please bring your own props - mat, blanket/beach towel, water. If you have a strap and bolster, please bring as well.
Kindly bring your mask to be used when physical distance cannot be maintained. You will not be required to wear your mask during class.
