Join Cass Lievsay for a 6 week yoga immersion exploring the most common yoga poses (asanas) found in our All Levels Yoga Flow classes. Each week you'll build on the flow—beginning at the foundation and building up to a complete flow series/practice.
This is a wonderful option for those new to yoga as well as any experienced practitioner looking to deepen their understanding of pose alignment, sanskrit name and significance/benefit for the body and mind.
In addition to the 1.5 hour sessions with Cass, you'll receive a one month unlimited mat yoga and meditation membership to the studio to be used during the 6 week series (must start by Jan 23rd).
